Scott, AFB - USAF LeaveWeb application implements DBsign for digital signatures

Airmen throughout the Air Force can take advantage of a simplified and automated online leave system called LeaveWeb. LeaveWeb streamlines the leave process by allowing airmen to submit leave requests and approvals electronically, saving time and improving customer service, according to finance officials. The paperless process allows people to electronically coordinate leave with supervisors, orderly rooms and financial services offices. In November, Secure Data, Inc., the LeaveWeb contractor, implemented DBsign to add CAC digital signatures to the application. The USAF Permanent Change-in-Station Processing System (AF PIPS) also was PK-enabled using DBsign.
