TSA purchases new DBsign Universal Web Signer licenses.

Transportation Security Administration purchases new DBsign licenses with UWS 1.0. TSA uses DBsign with the HRWORX Human Resource System. The Universal Web Signer 1.0 allows TSA to use DBsign with practically any client machine without a client-side installation.
