USACE Finance Center selects DBsign for CEFMS

Millington, TN.  US Army Corps of Engineers:  The USACE Finance Center selects DBsign Data Security Suite version 4.0 to modernize its digital signature technology in the Corps of Engineers Financial Management System (CEFMS).  In 1991, Gradkell Systems, Inc. pioneered digital signatures in the Department of Defense by implementing the first ever DoD digital signature solution and CEFMS was the application.  Today, CEFMS is once again on the forefront of digital signature technology with DBsign 4.0.
