US Army Corps of Engineers goes live with DBsign in CEFMS

US Army Corps of Engineers goes live with DBsign integration into the Corps of Engineers Financial Management System (CEFMS).  Over 30,000 CEFMS users will now digitally sign their financial transactions with DBsign®.  CEFMS is an Oracle® Webforms based application that manages the Corps financials from budgetary through disbursing.
